Over 40 years ago I found myself in the business of helping people buy/sell a personal residence. It wasn't what I planned to do but quickly realized solid reasons to make this my career. I really enjoyed the interaction with families as they sought more security and even a chance to thrive. Each unique individual became a serious challenge and provided interest and satisfaction when goals  were accomplished. I found success to comfortably support my family while doing something I enjoyed doing.

Over the years I've forgotten prices, addresses and in some cases last names. Remembered are faces, 1st names and decisive moments that led to a result.
